Courier / Post

All of our orders are couriered within 48 – 72 business hours via Speed post or Courier. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation on your email with your order details. As soon as your order is couriered you will receive another confirmation email

Returns or Cancellation of an Order

Unfortunately, these anonymous greeting cards are non-returnable items but do not worry you still may get a refund if you cancel the order within 2 hours of placing an order.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once you cancel the order, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. (If cancelled within 2 hours of placing an order)
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted depending on your banking institution.
